The science and data we collect from the fit 3d body scan is what customizes your fitness plan. That same data will also be what we use to determine what type of recovery your body type will need starting out to perform at an optimal level.
After your first phase of training we will highly evaluate your muscle groups and see where there is room for improvement. During this evaluation we will also structure a new recovery program based off your soreness and muscle fatigue. The first phase is usually where you experience the most aches, pain, and soreness due to highly skilled training sessions.
The second phase of recovery you should notice a significant difference in your body responding to the treatments. You will also notice a difference in how quickly your body recovers from soreness and muscle fatigue. The second phase is what we call the transitional phase. Your body is now transitioning out of feeling sore weekly.
The 3rd phase is where your are now attracting your fitness goals and feeling amazing while doing it. You will be treating specific areas of your body as needed. Your muscle recovery should be at its best with very minimum muscle fatigue. The work loads will increase and the muscle groups will grow.
The 4th phase is all maintenance. We call this the “Be A Pro” phase. We strongly believe in the way you do small things you do all things. Staying ahead of the game and taking of your body will be key even when you’re feeling great. You won’t require as much treatment as the first 3 phases but you will have to stay on time of your flexibility, muscle endurance, and anything that might be hindering you. So level Up and “Be A Pro”.
